Never heard back from Pack, but hoped he would pay it forward to the next seasoned guy who asked - like you.

Am very leery of posting AMP information on a public board: they're a static location which in NC is a target of opportunity for an officer reporting to a religiously motivated citizenry.  Several places that I've liked were closed down over the years, all of them on what I'd call bullshit charges - does having a license to massage make you any better than someone who's inherently good or practiced at it?  

I really miss my UTR lady who did amazing FBSM, had mastered building up to an ending, but could do a wicked deep tissue as well.  Alas, she moved away to take care of family - lost my weekly workout.
