Not any more. All Warren Ohio spas were raided and health department pulled the licenses.
A lot of them get closed down and then reopen somewhere else. I haven't been to any that I would go to again or could recommend. Last one didn't offer any HE but there were 3 guys that came in during the session. Good massage though.
