Not sure where you're looking that you only see K-girls as fitting this body type. Moreover, why 'must' we keep our bodies in tip-top shape? Yes, most providers try to stay in shape, but looking good and being healthy and having rock hard abs are two different things and require a very different level of dedication...  some of us don't like that aesthetic, or we simply don't have the time to devote towards maintaining that kind of body. Escorting isn't a way of life for many of us- it's a job. Some guys prefer a woman with a little meat on her bones.  I've heard some guys say that Asian women are too thin for their tastes, among other things.  I have always had a thing for women who I define as "thick".  I haven't come across too many when hobbying that have piqued my interest.  There was one in particular who was great, but she's has since moved on.
