I've tried this position only twice and always feel that it takes some effort. Not only that, the girls that I tried it with were not experienced in it and the others girls didn't even want to attempt it. Why is this so difficult? Hobbyist to providers, please chime in.

On whose part? If you're the guy you can just lie there and enjoy. For the gal, no more effort than regular CG. Assuming the guy is laying on his back his boner is pointing "north" toward his head. When the girl hops on (assuming she is in a true RCG position and not laying back on the guys chest) her love tunnel is pointing "south". Assuming there is an adequate amount of wetness involved the boner just wont stay in. That's been my experience. I also suspect the gals become more suspicious that something may be inserted in their "other" hole while riding and get a little anxious about that.
The problem is that it is not very pleasurable for me so I dont prefer it. Does not allow for depth and a good deep pounding, which I DO prefer.
