DSB (Dreaded Semen Buildup).  If you don't get a couple of pops a week (Long session, or two separate sessions), the semen will back all the way up into your brain and cloud your thinking.  I hate to use the M-word, but you need to take matters into your own hand(s) first, and then start checking some ads/websites for a hot lady to see in a few days.  You'll be cured in no time.

Loss of libido, especially a sudden loss, can be a precursor to full blown depression. I don't know anything about you, or your life, but I will say from experience it's important to get to a head doctor sooner than later if that's the case.

 
Depending on age you could have a low testosterone which dramatically affects libido. You can get around this with dietary changes if you're otherwise healthy. Generally getting some exercise and eating foods that have more cholesterol will help (think eggs and red meat), and consider getting on a 8000iu or higher vitamin D3 supplement.

 
If you've been especially busy, you've likely also been especially stressed. Stress increases your cortisol levels, and it's cumulative, so the longer you stay stressed the worse it is. Again, exercise is great for lowering cortisol, and there's good evidence to show that the aforementioned D3 supplement, probiotic supplements, ginkgo, green tea, garlic and olive oil will help as well.

Man I feel exactly the same. I do have a girlfriend but that is not the reason I am staying away from the hobby.
I have attempted to drag myself to an appointment but I just can't justify spending another penny on this. I have even considered 80$ BJs but I just can't get myself to do it anymore. The experience is just so "meh" most of the time that  
I can't believe I blew 700 bucks on women that showed me the door right at the end of 60 minutes.  

I was over in Eastern Europe a few months ago and the service was so different over there. The women would make me coffee and chit chat after a session. I found them to be more genuine and feminine. This is not to say I have not met nice women in the States, but almost all the women who have had genuine conversations with me have expressed their disdain for their clients, going as far as saying they would prefer the gentlemen to slide the money under the door and leave, as if she was somehow entitled to free money.

i hear what the other gentleman are saying.   i too have spent $200K +  over 17 years and beginning to Marjorly slow down.   now i do think its a combination of age / low T / as well as an overall lack of the meetings still being special.  

i have been spoiled and very lucky to meet some wonderful ladies over the years.   and i still think its also wonderful that a lovely, intelligent, beautiful woman of any age is willing to meet a total stranger and get very intimate in a matter of moments.     and for that i am very thankful.    and i have been doubly lucky that a few have becomes casual friends.  

but like anything, you know the old analogy can eat steak very night but you can get tired of even that.  

i guess also if i had unlimited funds that might also color my attitude but even then its hard to say.    i think thats just normal especially as the original group of TER gentlemen get older.  

Yeah you reach a point that you feel its Not worth it .Stick to one provider but still its easier to have a girlfriend then deal with the lack of respect and entitlement that most of these girls feel they deserve . They make a incredible amount of money tax free in a hour that would take a Full time minimum wage worker 2 weeks to make and they still can't stay 5 minutes more . The smart ones make it a experience not just in and out the door . A friend of mine had a provider that he saw as a regular  that stood him  up and she text him to  at the same price as 7 years ago . REALLY ??? Like your worth the same when your 7 years older close to 40 . ?  They don't seem to get it .Most live in a Fantasy Land that they think there worth is never ending .
