Didn't have to. Her folks know what's going on. How? Face*book, we were friend off the clock. That's why I loan her money.

I was meeting up with a provider today to collect money I let her borrow. This was at a fast food restaurant. She proceeded to threaten to sue me for contacting her family. (I've recent unemployed and been trying for almost a month to get a hold of her. She didn't leave me with other choice.) In the middle of conversation, I brushed off her fictitious story. She got up and slapped me in the face in front of everybody. She did make a scene for everyone to see. I was sitting there laughing and finished my meal. Her last words to me were "See you in court!"

I got a few pictures of my face post slap before leaving. Should I file a police report and press charge?

money to a provider unless she is also a personal friend that you would loan money to even if she wasn't a provider.

I don't know what your situation is, but I sure as fuck wouldn't be getting the cops involved over a slap in the face from a girl, whether she was a provider, a stranger, or whatever.  The potential for a LOT more stuff to come out with police involvement is substantial - and most of it probably not good.

If you can prove that you loaned her the money and it's all that important to you, you could sue her civilly in small claims court.

If it was me, I'd chalk that money up to money spent on education - lesson learned - if you never do it again, then you got an A+ in that course.

Good Luck!!

I suggest you follow JB's advice.

Any money ever lent to a provider should be regarded as a gift.

If you ever get it back whether in trade or cash (Don't hold your breath for the latter.), then that is frosting on the cake.

To use LE to enforce a debt when the basis of ther relationship is an illegal activity is sheer folly.  The idea of an A&B charge based on a slap is even more so.

There are a few who have loaned money to providers...  knowing the risk...  some have actually been repaid.  the story usually ends with I loaned money to another provider who skipped.  She has no intention of paying you.  She lied to you.  Then she met you & told you  a story (another lie), you called it what it was...  and she took offense.
Providers make more per hour than most other occupations.  If they don't manage their business & money properly, more money is not goingto help, only delay the inevitible.  I hope you did not loan money you can't afford to lose...  because it's gone.

I know several ladies who are hard pressed.  If they need the cash & I have the inclination...  I schedule a session.

Rule 1. you do not loan money to providers
Rule 2. if you want to loan money you make it a gift instead
Rule 3. If you want to be payed back you take it back in services rather than cash keeping in mind that this is only going to work one or at most a few times

Think of an escort as an unbreakable piggy band that at best radiates good memories, once you put money in her hands do not ever expect to see it again unless it is more of your money and it is in your wallet.

somewhat similar to your case, had a provider who became exclusive so to say and had a lot of fun, but  one day I started to look at the $$s she borrowed from me as well as all other expenses ..well it added up to be $30K in about 6 months period :-( .

even basic math tells me that I got fucked at $300/hr that would be 100 hrs of non-stop fucking if I had spend it on providers and could have had anything I wanted, black, oriental, white, whatever..

providers are in the biz of all kind of sucking .. one they are really good at is sucking your money right out of your bank account!

move on and learn a lesson or two from it, that is what I did.

I'll take my lesson but I'll show her that revenge is a dish best serve cold.

Those who laugh last. Laugh loudest...HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAA!

She now has LinkedIn profile. This means she'll never get a real job without employer seeing what she did for a living. That's what she gets for messing with a mad man.
