...it was unwise to have a lawyer ready and aware to bail you out if you get caught in a bust.
What if you know a lawyer that also sees escorts? (I don't by the way)

So are there any lawyers out there that see escorts?
Or providers to you have any lawyer clients?
Feel free to use an alias...

Many well heeled men see escorts.  It doesn't matter what their professions is.

And where and why did anyone suggest having a lawyer prepared to bail you out is a bad idea?  Did you mean it is "wise", not "unwise"?

I dunno.
Someone put it on their lists of things to have...a lawyer ready to bail you out.
And someone said that was a bad idea....I don't know the pros and cons of either.

as I recall the pro was having a lawyer to call if you get busted and the con was most are not answering when you need them to (office number not forwarded and the like)

Personally I thought the best advice was to have your ID. The crime is a misdemeanor, you're not going anywhere until the cops figure out who you are and they will eventually so just make it less painful by having your id. Unless you have other legal issues, and specifically police related legal issues, you're probably going to be release after processing unless you really pissed someone off.

Edit -- and yes, the pope is catholic or we've just uncovered a great conspiracy in the modern world. Can probably get Tom Hanks to star in the movie of it too.

I agree your #1 point, but I am not sure if the rest are good advice.
2. It may appear to be a good thing to do, but you probably don't want to hire the attorney who is willing to do that. If you are planning to commit a crime and hire an attorney in preparation then the attorney may get into big trouble if you get caught.
3. A trusted friend can become untrustworthy in future. I would not take that chance.
4. It depends. You may need to carry more.
5. Best way to avoid getting caught is to see providers who's been around for a few months and have multiple reliable reviews.
6. I wouldn't involve anyone else. If nobody knows what really happened then you can usually explain it away somehow. Deny deny deny and more deny.

Finally, the odd is good that you really don't need to worry about it. You just need to use your big head a little bit and avoid the most risky providers. These are just precaution.

Don't talk to the police.

Even if you THINK they will "only" charge you with a misdemeanor. (Police recently arrested Escort Review posters from another site for promoting prostitution and sex trafficking - felonies.)

Even if you are innocent of the crime. (You do not know what crime the LE rep is investigating. Go see My Cousin Vinny again.)

Even if you are told they do not want to arrest you - they just need your help. (LE can and do lie to get confessions, even from innocent people.)

Even if you think you are too smart to get convicted. (You are not. And if that's your standard, try just getting arrested and see how much that ruins your life.)

Always have the cell phone for a lawyer you know will pick it up.   (Or one that has a 24x7 answering service.)

DO NOT tell your attorney you are thinking about committing a crime, or ask about how to avoid getting caught. (They may be obligated to take action like reporting you to LE, or testifying against you in court.)

Final advice: DO   NOT    TALK    TO   THE POLICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have a nice day.

With a lawyer once. It went well lol. And came in handy;) back then I was a bad girl and he was on stand by lol.
