May I ask...Is there a particular reason you would like to call same day as opposed to pre-booking your rendezvous darling?  You're missing out on part of the fun in my opinion... as building the anticipation, flirting and stimulating your mind before your smiles connect is part of the perfect GFE rendezvous experience.  It is my true preference.

And just a little heads up about the available now on preferred 411.....just because ladies add says she is available now does not technically mean she is actually able to come tap at your door.  ... Often times she is available now to pre-book for the future.

If you are planning on only calling the ladies at last minute because you can't figure out your work schedule/ work dinner schedule, I highly recommend you pre-screening with the ladies you prefer, so if you call them and they are available, you are ready to go.  
Many providers (like myself) will require you to screen unless you have a considerable amount of recent (last 6 months) OKs and whitelists from reputable providers.Better to do to the process beforehand.  

As previously mentioned on this tread, if the lady you have your eyes on is low volume, it's less likely that she'll be able to see you last minute.  

Planning ahead always gives you better options than just getting what is available/left , specially if the city is busy.
