Security at Orleans was fairly light when I was there a few years ago. As the other fellow said, just flash your room key and the guard won't bother you.
Just watch out for the buffet, however. A friend got a nasty case of food poisoning after eating there.

Found a really good rate at The Orleans for later next month, so grabbed a room for one night. Wanted to know how security was there? Have not even made an appointment with a lady yet, but couldn't pass up the great rate. Figure the less I spend on a nice room, the more I have for a companion for that night.
security is ALWAYS at the elevators...but they don't care as long as you show them a key. they also seem to change shifts all the time, so if you were concerned about bringing different girls up, don't be. just meet your "friend" at the aligator bar. never been a problem for me.

Thanks for the info. Now I just have to figure out which lady I want to make an appointment with. So many to choose from. I love being a local in Vegas.
