I thought it meant providers who operate VERY discreet.
If I were you, I would check on some of these ladies. They may have many more reviews than thy are claiming, AND, posting in public and giving their website info isn't too UTR, is it?

Your search is best if you focus on what your looking for. I feel I have few reviews compared to other providers who have only just recently began their careers. I play maybe once, or twice a month this is a hobby for me & I choose whom I play with wisely!
