I don't like claws and under turned fake nails. Must be a trend at the moment because I have noticed lots of ladies with them. I couldn't dress myself or type.

A big problem with long nails is giving more than a light anal tease. Inserting is not a good idea and using other means is necessary.

For over 20 years, I had acrylic nails. I was getting them done since I was 16 years old. Back in the day, I kept them long, red, designs, etc. Remember the 80s? I am still trying to forget When I was in my mid 30s, I decided I wanted to start living healthy and took a healthy approach to everything I removed the fake nails. It literally took about a year for the nails to grow in and be strong and healthy. I get them manicured regularly (together with my pedicures). French/natural look has always looked best on me.

Six months ago, for a special personal event, I did have a gel set put on. I kept them through the holidays, but wanted natural again. So, off they came. It has been about three months and I they are still not healthy. It is amazing how the fake nails really destroy your own nails. They do look sexy as hell though...I enjoy scratching my lover's back or running my nails through his hair. Most people enjoy this and I really enjoy giving pleasure.

I am constantly getting nail requests from gentlemen. I love it when they are so detailed and I can help with their desires. One favorite friend loves red toe nails. I get a pedicure right before our date. I have another friend who loves French pedicures. Guys, I am sure the ladies would agree, feel free to tell us what you like if you have a particular request. Everyone's tastes are different.

As far as the guy's nails...well, keep them short and clean. I love a man's hands when he get manicures (and pedicures). That is a bonus.

Before gel nail polish came out I was in the pedicure chair weekly getting spruced up. I feel like pretty feet and hands are expected when someone books my time. Nail fashions are really stepping it up these days. The big thing is to paint the 4th finger a different color, to add rhinestones or hand painted nail art. Long red eagle talons are out. Short, squoval (square-oval) are in. I like the short oval because you can wear all of the latest dark browns and purples while looking tasteful and trendy. I also like them short because short nails go into closed areas a lot easier than long daggers do!!! : )

A woman's nails will never be the first thing I notice about her, but I will notice them. I have always preferred the French tips. Also, I love the feeling of a woman's nails...a light touch just about anywhere or soft back scratch is nearly always guaranteed to get my motor going.

I generally just stick to Pink and white acrylic on the nails and hot red on the toes.  Sometimes I don't like the contrast but the red does make my toes stand out especially when I am wearing my open toed CFM shoes!!!

I do feel very strongly that doing what we do it is critical to keeping ourselves extra healthy and well manicured. Of course, I am very much so a girly girl and love the little bit of pampering that I do for myself.  I don't go overboard as I am pretty frugal. However, I do love taking care of myself.  Plus, I always get compliments from my gentleman friends that they just love my nails and toes.

Plus nothing compares to having my fingers running through chest hairs of my gentleman friends....lightly running them up and down, slowly making my way to their promise land!!!

I used to always have a set of pink and whites with my toes painted to match. But I also decided that my body needed less poisoning (watched the Gerson Miracle), so I have been going [almost] completely no-salon (self-mani/salon pedi) and with just a light coat of a neutral polish when I will have company. I agree that the smells are awful, and can be really bad for us. But I do miss feeling pampered all the time, and the pink and whites are so pretty.

Agree about gloves when gardening. I have been doing a lot of it lately! I couldn't manage without them. But I have just your ordinary anti-thorn gloves. Will the mechanics' gloves protect against thorns?

FWIW, I don't look at nails when I'm deciding on who I am going to see. Yes, I admire them while I am with someone.
