idk I just see all this money going into aids research (Live aid,etc) for years and years now and they still cant make heads or tails about it im looking for another video that talks about how hiv and how AZT & similar drugs like it is really what kills people....and population control etc. its all very interesting to me.

Method of curing AIDS with tetrasilver tetroxide molecular crystal devices
Abstract
The diamagnetic semiconducting molecular crystal tetrasilver tetroxide (Ag.sub.4 O.sub.4) is utilized for destroying the AIDS virus, destroying AIDS synergistic pathogens and immunity suppressing moieties (ISM) in humans. A single intravenous injection of the devices is all that is required for efficacy at levels of about 40 PPM of human blood. The device molecular crystal contains two mono and two trivalent silver ions capable of "firing" electrons capable of electrocuting the AIDS virus, pathogens and ISM. When administered into the bloodstream, the device electrons will be triggered by pathogens, a proliferating virus and ISM, and when fired will simultaneously trigger a redox chelation mechanism resulting in divalent silver moieties which chelate and bind active sites of the entities destroying them. The devices are completely non-toxic. However, they put stress on the liver causing hepatomegaly, but there is no loss of liver function.
You can patent something that does not work as described. from avert.org:
"After it *(Tetrasilver tetroxide) was promoted as an AIDS cure in Zambia the government banned Tetrasil because it has no proven benefits for people living with HIV."
The chemical will kill HIV in a test tube. It is mostly used to clean swimming pools.

Doesn't work. The premise of killing a microorganism by electrocuting it with its dielectric constant being different than that of human tissue. The Russians have been working with chelation therapy for almost 25 years. They use a systems similar to a dialysis machine. Haven't heard the progress on this and I first heard about it in 1995.
I remember taking a behind the scenes tour of a pharmaceutical company back in the early 90's and the guide showed me a high security container sitting all by itself in a lab. He said that container holds the cure to AIDS, but it would probably never see the light of day because there are so many government roadblocks to getting a medication out to the general public. Maybe he was just giving me a line, but maybe not.
Sounds like you're a little unclear as to how the US Patents office works.

If there were more cures then there would be less people being on meds for a lifetime. Cures are not cost effective. They are not looking to cure anything. That would be cutting their nose to spite their face.... sad, but true....
