My vote, for "Unofficial 2003 Provider of the Year" is Jenna of PartytimeEscorts. I have seen her SEVERAL times, and each time is better than the last. Several other girls have similar top notch looks and performance, but Jenna is head and shoulders above the rest when it comes to personality.

I would absolutely agree with the assessment of Lisa, based on her site, and the reviews. If this unofficial survey was for just "local" then I'd put my vote for her, although I don't consider either her or Rosanna "local" (neither is originally from the area - Lisa from Europe & up north, Rosanna from Brazil).
