For most of my life I've made my own soft sex toys of vinyl, pleather and leather. About a year and a half ago my partners and I bought a couple of mixed-use commercial buildings in Manhattan. One had a very large room in the basement with thick walls and plumbing, and no one had plans for it, so I claimed it and turned it into my own private dungeon. I styled it on the Armory in San Francisco and built all the furniture and devices myself, including a ceiling mounted restraining system. I love to use my hands, lol, and I love to build things. I bought a lot of my supplies at "Dom Depot". It’s very difficult for me to look at anything and not think of a way to incorporate it into some kind of bondage device. For over a year now I have had a fully equipped dungeon available to me 24/7 and no issues with the landlord, because I am the landlord. I have had a nice thing going helping curious civilian women explore their submissive sides. I should pay a royalty to the author of 50 Shades.
