i would try back page tbh. i have found an independent provider. it was ok for the price. there are also agencies on bp you can try as well.

I was there in the fall of 2016, and I recall having a nice time with an Australian woman. I apparently didn't write a review, but I must have found her on one of the ad sites. Also there are many Taipei women reviewed here on TER; have you checked them out?

I travel to Taipei once a year. I haven't found any other western lady and haven't investigated the local offerings, but there doesn't seem to be much available for non-locals or easily accessible. Shaena is the best there is, one of my world-wide ATFs. She's South African btw.
