That's the best solution. Even if the packaging is totally nondescript, there's still the return address. "Honey, what's that package that just came from Mumbai?"

That is what my man at the time did when he bought his imitation Viagra from Canada. He had it mailed to me and I excitedly texted him at work to let it know it was here so that he could come over on his lunch break and we can try it out.
