I get generic from Costco.  Can't recall the name, starts with S and is the active ingredient in Viagra.  $1 ea.

I have a legit prescription & my doctor's agreement to use Cialis Daily for real urinary symptoms...  so no reason to hide that I buy or take the stuff.  Blue Cross has invented a new Tier 5 for Cialis daily requiring prior authorization including failing a cheaper drug.  Which approval I have.  (I failed Flomax with known side effects.)  Any occasional recreational benifit is just icing on the cake & it worked well.

Last year the initial insurance copay was about $300, after which the monthly cost was $47, until my December refill where I hit the donut hole & the cost would have been $137 (had I accepted the prescription).  For a total in the $900 range.

If I didn't have the legit need, I could 'play' a whole lot cheaper with Viagra only as needed...  which I did for quite a few years.  If I paid less, I could use the cash for more 'play'.

I am researching off shore sources to buy Cialis daily...   This is a popular topic on ths board & I have noted sourses which were mentioned.  I'm not sure how I'm going to explain this to my MD...

Don't bring up the added benefits.

They work fine.  I don't think the generic is very expensive, so there's no reason to rip us off.  It's just Big Pharma fucking with us.  Now there's an issue we can use Donald Trump's help on.  He's 70.  I'm sure he can use some help too.

I've used to use securetabs for years they are shut down and would like some help in getting a new site with generic cialis. probadly best to pm me as I'm sure fda keeps a watch on this site.

Not so sure His Orangeness will help. He of the stubby fingers was so defensive about his prowess that he had to brag in the public debate. The last thing he would do is admit he needs help as it would imply he is less than a perfect stud.

alldaychemist is my preferred source as well. So cheap that the cost is irrelevant. Delivery can be quite slow, however, so allow at least 3 weeks for delivery before you need the product.

To repeat, I have a valid Rx now at CVS.  My MD submits Rx electronically...  A paper Rx I don't have in hand.  I don't want to draw attention to what I am doing.  I have enough doctors...  that if I tell him I'm still taking it, he'll likely assume that a different one wrote the script.  Usually his nurse asks about changes to medications...  I'm inclined to think the less said the better since I'm planning to go off the reservation.

I have scrolled back on this board to find quite a few recommended sources and in reading their sites I'm finding a lot claim to require an Rx...  I wonder if any who have experience can confirm that?   Or do I just go to one which does not?

I've eliminated one recommend source which requires contacting you to confirm the order before dispensing

Sildenafil. Usually the tablet is in the form of sildenafil citrate.

And that IS Viagra, just like acetylsalicylic acid is aspirin. There is absolutely NO reason to pay for "real" Viagra, because the chemical is the same.

How many Sildenafil tablets equate to a 50 mg dose of Viagra?

The names are perfect synonyms, so 50 mg of one is 50 mg of the other.

I take 4 20 mg.  Could get away with 3

Before I got my Rx, I thought I would need to buy offshore but when I got my Rx, my doctor told me he would send the Sildenafil prescription to a local pharmacy where he knew it was $1 a pill (20 mg). Sure enough when I picked up the pills and paid 30 bucks for 30 pills, my only problem was to suppress the big smile I was feeling inside. It was so cheap I didn't even care about filing for insurance.

This pharmacy catered to geriatrics (sells lots of nursing home equipment etc) and is in a suburb of NYC. I would suggest that you shop around - pharmacies will tell you their prices. It seems likely that the small family pharmacy could be cheaper than the chains.

And the Sildenafil worked like a charm for me. Best 30 bucks I've ever spent. My only problems are 1, my nose was a little stuffy and my wife asked if I had a cold, and 2, I may need to get bigger condoms.

I think you'll find that doctors are pretty sensitive to cost issues -- if he is not, maybe you should switch dcotors. In the big scheme of things, this is not important. But if you end up with a serious illness, you'll want the doctor on your side

Agree 100%
